This is the last day of the Cross Egypt Challenge. We have a 4 AM getup and are under way at first light. We are promised no delays today. The only stops will be for gas. This held true for most of the day and because there were no stops we made great time.

teve praying just to make it to the end
we hit the dustiest road of the whole trip
and as soon as we stopped tarek got to cleaning. first himself and then his scooter
Fueled, off we roar down the road.
like a ocean, the desert will take back it's ground
We made our second fuel stop right on time and Tarek started cleaning again. His scooter compared to mine......
and the support crew entertained us again.
We stopped on the Nile bridge to Luxor to take photos. I had been on the backside of this banner for 7 days. I thought it was for the school that Mansi's kids went to. Not until today did I discover it is a banner for his eye wear business!
On the way to the Karnak Temple we had to stop, of course, and Mohamed our team captain traded his scooter for a more economical ride
